Whenever you have a complaint, questions, or concern, please don’t hesitate to discuss the matter with any staff member taking care of you. You may also call the nursing supervisor or the director of the area of concern. In addition, our Patient Complaint Officer is available to assist you with any concerns that your might have.

For any concerns that are not resolved by the hospital, you may contact the Joint Commission by calling 1-800-994-6610 or emailing complaint@jcaho.org.
